PART I
PRELIMINARY

A. Background Issues
Teaching and education or in the Arabic language and tarbiah taalim are two important cases in fostering human. Teaching and education are two different cases, but many people do not understand about both these things.
Specifically aimed at teaching sense. Therefore it is easy and straight forward. While education is human development that does not only involve physical and mental case but also the heart and passion for indeed educated is the heart and passion. Therefore, education is more complicated and difficult. Both of these things should we understand it correctly in fostering human being. Both are needed in personal coaching so clever devoted to God and to fellow human beings.

CHAPTER II
ISI
A. Basis Theory
a. Definition of Education
According UUSPN No. 20 2003 “Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed him, society, nation and the state.
Referring to the opinion of the above, it can be concluded that education is a process of change in behavior of learners from not knowing to knowing, of being skilled and unskilled as a member of the public in the environment of the learners were.

b. Understanding of teaching
According to Jones A. Majid, (205: 16), “Teaching is a way how to prepare for a learning experience for learners’. In other words, teaching is a process conducted by the teachers in guiding, helping, and directing students to have a learning experience.

c. Definition System
System is a whole series of unanimity unity of the components interacting or interdependent in achieving the goal. The system was developed with containing elements such as, for organic unity; the components that make up the organic unity; the corresponding relationships anatara components with one another as well as between the components of the whole; the motion and dynamics; and the goals to be achieved.

B. Discussion
1. Linkage Education and Teaching
Teaching is a learning process or the process of studying. There lecturers, teachers, religious teacher to teach or convey knowledge to students who attend. The result students become intelligent, and learned knowledge (‘alim). Education is a process that involves applying educate values. In education there is a process of understanding, appreciation, inspiration, and practice. The science that has been obtained primarily religious knowledge and tried to be understood in biological until embedded in the heart and can be practiced in everyday life. In other words, concerns about moral education.
However, we can not educate without giving science, and vice versa, we can not give science without educating. Teaching without education will produce people who are smart but damaged depraved or evil. Society will progress in various areas and luxury arise everywhere but there will be envy of envy everywhere because the soul of every man of not living. Humans become individual, not compassion, and humanity destroyed. Humans changed identity. A physical man but temper like demons and animals.
Instead educate without giving science will produce good individuals but useless in society. Educate without causing science beings have souls who live but there is no science to be used as a guide.
Goals to be achieved through a process of education is to produce students who know, understand and are able to implement himself in the future.

This can be realized if it is done through the teaching process through the implementation of the strategy:
(1). Namely the provision of landing guidance motivation advice and counseling so that students are able to cope, and tackling the problem solved itself.
(2). Teaching is a form of activity which exists in the process of interaction and learning between educators and learners
(3). The training is the same as teaching in particular to develop certain skills.

2. Education As System
By understanding the word “system” that was already described above, as part of the national education system and the national system, the system of the life of society, nation and state. The system created is something active, engaged, and toward and certain products. Something that moves the system to achieve the desired goal, constantly an education system will always be dynamic and contextual to the education system must be open to the demands of quality (level of good and bad things) and relevance (usefulness directly).
Attempts to move the education system in trying to do with the three central components, namely students, teachers and educational purposes. The education process due to the interaction between learners and educators in achieving educational goals.
Educational process to achieve the goal of education occurs when the educational component is in the education efforts are functionally interconnected integrated in a single unit. The component vital education is the goal of education, learners, educators, educational content, methods of education, educational tools and educational environment. Integrated unity embodied in the educational process, educators (and also learners) have specific educational objectives should be achieved for the benefit of learners.

To achieve this goal in addition there are many sources that can be used by educators and learners to make it educational, educators also use the methods and means of education, all of which support the achievement of educational goals intended.

Abilities system to achieve the desired objectives supported by a broader educational component. Component broader consists of goals and priorities, learners, management, structure and schedule, the content of education, educators, study aids, facilities, technology, quality pengawsan, research and cost.
Thus, the overall system is rangakaian and roundness unity and components interacting or interdependent in achieving the goal. An education system that is dynamic, contextual and open requires the educational process. The education process when there is interaction between the educational component is functionally connected to each other in an integrated unity. The whole system and component pursued in the national education system to support national in the life of society, nation and state so that it can be understood that the education system, in addition to not value free or free culture, is also associated with the local community, the national community and the global community. So expect every nation that wants to maintain and develop eksisitensinya should always strive to make the education system owned more dynamic and more responsive to changes and trends that are taking place.

CHAPTER III
a. Conclusion
Education and pegajaran is related if you want to achieve on the production of a learner who has the moral good and clever. Because education refers to the moral good manners while teaching refers more to the intellect, that if one ignored the imbalance will arise in achieving these goals. And it aims to educate students who qualified in order to compete with the state more forward.
Which is a whole system of unanimity and unity rangakaian and components interacting or interdependent in achieving the goal. An education system that is dynamic, contextual and open requires the educational process. The education process when there is interaction between the educational component is functionally connected to each other in an integrated unity

b. Suggestion
As a suggestion, in education we need for a direct approach to the pupils or students, all was discussed thoroughly in the education system because the teaching of educational activities will go smoothly because learning is one part that is in education that can be justified.
